Torgil founded Potentialpark, a market research company based in Stockholm, Sweden, as he identified a strong need for business leaders to be competitive in attracting and recruiting the right talent. Potentialpark aims to bridge the gap in communication by bringing together talent, employers, and academic institutions worldwide.


Every year, candidates worldwide take part in Potentialpark’s Communication Studies (Talent Communication and Azubi Communication) and Experience Panels to share with us their expectations, preferences, and needs during the job search and application processes.
