Wednesday May 24th - Future Forum Day 1. An insight-packed engaging day with workshops and discussions around the future of talent communication from Potentialpark’s perspective and learnings from the industry. Dinner and networking in the evening.

Thursday May 25th - Future Forum Day 2. Continuing from conversations started on Day 1, workshops and discussions will conclude on the final day of the Future Forum. The official agenda will end at 3:00pm CET, but please feel free to stay around in Stockholm if you wish!

  • The Future Forum is the chance to discuss what you want to! The below suggested topics are taken from discussions at the Summits, Round Tables and other touchpoints. We encourage you to let us know if there are any topics not listed that you would want to discuss.

    • Talent Communication Stack - What will be the next generation of Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition tools, channels and technologies? From career website CMS / CRM / ATS integrations to the interlinked social media and professional platforms. What is the technology that is tried and tested? What is the next generation that will leap frog what is happening today? What different technologies work well together?

    • ChatGPT / Generative AI - With new and rapidly changing opportunities and challenges for Employers and Candidates to use generative AI chatbots and tools, how should we prepare ourselves? How should you present your EVP, career opportunities and job ads so the right users (candidates) of AI will be presented with you?

    • Talent Pool Engagement - A pool of talent that knows your employer brand, your EVP and the career opportunities available and will apply as soon as position opens up is a dream for many employers. But once you have the talent pool - how do you keep them engaged? What is good practice? Lessons learned and exploring ideas in the new landscape.

    • What happened to emailing? - Emailing as a marketing tool seems to have fallen out of favor, but it is an important way to communicate with engaged talent. What are the best practices or innovative approaches to email talent communication? How can we use it for engaging our talent pools?

    • Career Website Relaunching - What are important factors to consider when relaunching a career website? How have other employers executed this successfully? And when do you know it might be a good time to start a relaunch?

    • What's going on in other markets? - Tech Landscape - What upcoming tech trends in other markets and across the globe should we be aware of? How are employers approaching these tech trends? What does the tech landscape look like in other markets and how are employers using the different resources?

    • Global vs Local - Executing a global employer brand or talent communication strategy can lead you to local challenges. What are the best practices and lessons learned for global employer brands? What are the benefits of staying local, or going global? How do we see this question developing over the next few years?

    • Systematic learning on own social media activities - The right engagement on social media is a broad goal that all in talent communication are aiming to reach. How do you currently approach this goal in a systematic way? Are there any best practices in this area that would enable more consistent learnings from both organic and paid social media content?

  • We recommend that you fly into Arlanda Airport, Stockholm. From there, you can get the Arlanda Express train into Central Stockholm.

Stockholm is a well-connected and relatively small city, so wherever you stay will be good. However, we can recommend the following hotels:

    • Clarion Hotel Sign

    • Clarion Hotel Stockholm

    • Clarion Collection Hotel Wellington

    • Haymarket by Scandic

    • Downtown Camper by Scandic

Will we see you in Stockholm?
