Henrik Cullgren Named CEO of Potentialpark

Founded in 2002, Potentialpark started with the innovative idea to measure and improve online talent communication for employers. Through a remarkable journey with new technologies, it has seen how social media and smartphones have increased the importance for any company to actively shape their digital footprint towards candidates.

In this exciting period, Henrik Cullgren has joined Potentialpark as new CEO. Henrik has come on board at a time when the organization is uniquely positioned for growth, with the recent launch of the digital dashboard and the continued expansion of Potentialpark’s geographic markets, rankings and product ranges in the talent communication space.  

Prior to Potentialpark, Henrik spent the last 15 years growing businesses at Gartner, Universum and most recently at Korn Ferry.

In his time at Korn Ferry, he was a member of the Senior Management Group of the Products group, a 1500 people strong Business unit within Korn Ferry. Previously, Henrik served as Global Head of Business Development at Universum and a member of the Executive Management Team, as well as a Commercial Executive at Gartner for over a decade.
